Terms and Conditions for ABASI Learning Academy
1. General
Welcome to ABASI Learning Academy. By accessing, browsing, or subscribing to any of our courses, content, or services (the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any subsequent changes.
2. Subscription-based Curriculum
2.1. Subscriptions are available for a period of time as described in each subscription offer.
2.2. All subscription payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2.3. All subscriptions must be canceled at least 30 days in advance of the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
3. Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
3.1. We offer CEUs for certain courses. Please refer to the specific course for CEU availability and criteria.
3.2. Attainment of CEUs from ABASI Learning Academy does not replace any supervision or direct experiences required by any certifying or licensing body.
4. Content and Refunds
4.1. All content provided by ABASI Learning Academy is non-refundable.
4.2. Once purchased, content cannot be transferred to another individual or entity.
4.3. The content provided is for educational purposes only and does not replace the need for supervision or any experiential requirements mandated by certification or licensing bodies.
5. Practice and Competence
5.1. All attendees and users of our Services must continue to practice within their scope of competence as dictated by their professional and/or licensing body.
5.2. It is the sole responsibility of the attendees to seek and obtain adequate supervision as required by their respective professional bodies.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All content, including but not limited to courses, texts, videos, images, and other educational materials, are the property of ABASI Learning Academy.
6.2. Sharing, copying, distributing, or otherwise making available our content without our explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
6.3. Violation of this provision may lead to legal action and potential liability for damages.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to regularly review these Terms and Conditions.
7.2. Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ABASI Learning Academy is headquartered.
7.3. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
