This RBT 40-Hour Training is a comprehensive, instructor-led program designed to prepare future Registered Behavior Technicians with the knowledge, confidence, and real-world skills needed to succeed in the field. Aligned with the RBT Task List (2nd Edition) and BACB requirements, this training blends foundational ABA science with strong Health, Sports & Fitness (HSF) integration, showing learners how behavior principles apply not only in autism and clinical settings, but also in performance, wellness, movement, and everyday life. Learners will develop a clear understanding of behavior principles, data collection, skill acquisition, ethical practice, professional expectations, and compassionate client support — while exploring how ABA drives motivation, adherence, performance, learning, emotional regulation, and healthy behavior change across HSF environments.

Dr. Mallory Quinn is a published author, researcher, teacher, and entrepreneur. She is the owner and creator of two successful studios (fitness and dance) in her hometown of Tampa, FL that specialize in niche services using ABA, as well as the CEO and creator of the first company to use ABA within the realm of health sports and fitness, ABA Sports Innovations (ABASI).
